Every horse lucky enough to live here is somewhat nicer than any other horse. It is said that the calming salt waters that lap against the beach help rid the body of negative energy. Heading away from the beach, you come to a palm tree wood. It is shady in some parts, but hot in others. Only those who live here can navigate the sands without burning themselves! Roll in the wrong place, and you may be scorched by the burning sand. The bad thing about being near the ocean is the many storm during the summer months. And, the only sorce of fresh water is miles into the center of the palm-tree woods. Nobody every goes futher then the lake, because no one knows what is beyond that. If you head along the waters, you will come to the Neutral's land. The Royal Lights and Nuetrals have formed and allience against the Darks, so any Dark that dares to cross the boarders - God be with them.
If you follow the waters along the Quiet Waters, you will come to a bare land, running for miles and miles on end. Here, the Neutral King, Queen, and their herd live. Most of the herd stays away from the ocean, for they do not like the part that is on their land. It is always fogy and the sand is more like mud. The Neutrals perfer to live further into their territory. Their terrirtory is like a desert but it is never hot. The warmest it gets if 80*F and the coldest is 60*F. There are around 100 trees in this plot of land, ranging from oaks to palm to spruce. This may seem like alot of trees, but it is not. Since the Nuetrals have no fresh water on their land, they share the Sparkling Lake with the Lights, just on the other side where the palm forest ends. They stay to the right of the palm forest and avoid the vastness of it.
Away from the Lights and Neutrals, in a rather creepy plot of land, lies the Dark Royals and their herd. Any slaves that live here die either slowly and painfully, or quickly and painfully. Of the twenty lakes here, fifteen of them are posined from human bodies left to rot below the surface, along with any animal corpses that have drowned in them. Any horse that drinks from a posined lake does not even know it at first. The posin slowly eats away at them, killing them alive. The other way to die is ... torture. This place truly is dark in every way. No one knows why, but dark clouds are always present and rain is not uncommon. The land is green with grass and has many trees. But, the most unussual thing about this place, is a huge black rainbow is always present in the sky - giving this place its name.
This is a large field of wild flowers, going on and on without a single tree in sight for miles. There is plenty of grass, but no water. The flowers are fed by hidden springs underfoot, making some parts of the land soggy. Mares come here to be claimed by stallions.
Every tree here is chard black from the Great Fire. There is a single, muddy pool of water in the center of this five mile forest. No other animals live here, except for the stallions that come here to be accepted into a herd.
This was once a grand city with towers, stores, everything! But after the Great Fire that burned it down, it could never be restored again. There are no trees, no water, and very little shade. Bugs are heavy here and carcasses of animals and skeletons of humans can be found in some places. Foals come here to be adopted, hopefully by a nice mare or stallion.
Dark. Eerie. Hateful. Scary. All words that can describe this place. Years of fighting horses have left the ground stained with blood and even some of the smaller streams run red with the blood of fallen equines.
Surrounding a big blue lake are many large, roomy, moss-covered caves. Each one is big enough for up to three horses. Mares come here to give birth, but stallions are forbidden to come here or they face a deadly consequence ... death.
Here lies the breeding grounds. Hidden Vally is a vast, open gorge in the ground running for miles on end. It was made by the Shaker that caused the Great Fire. Inside grows fruit trees, wild flowers, and there is a river running through it.
